Hancock Town Library Wins Grant!

We are happy to announce that the Hancock Town Library has won a Books for Children grant from the Libri Foundation. The Libri Foundation matches a sponsoring organization's donation (in this case, the very generous Friends of the Hancock Town Library's $350 gift) on a two-to-one basis, thus bringing our total up to $1,050 worth of books. Rennie Timm, our Children's Librarian, will choose the books from a list supplied by the Libri Foundation. Look for new books in the Children's Room soon!!

The Libri Foundation is a nationwide non-profit organization which donates new, quality, hardcover children's books to small, rural public libraries in the United States through its BOOKS FOR CHILDREN program. For more information about the Libri Foundation, click here.
